The aim of the Revved Up program is to help primary aged children recognise their responses to different situations that make them angry and provide them with anger management strategies that will assist them in learning to relate positively to others. Your child will learn how to examine their behavior including its effect on others and themselves, reflect on reasons to change negative behaviours, as well be encouraged to gain support from others when attempting positive changes.

A structured 2 day, skills-based program that teaches children how to better manage their anxiety. Current results indicate that most young people who complete out programs show significant improvement with decreased worry, shyness, fear and family distress and increased school attendance, academic achievement, confidence, number of friends and involvement in extra-curricular activities.
