The Simply Men course is run by men for men. Simply Men was created to support and strengthen diversity of other men’s experiences and encourage self-motivation in defining a goal and to take action.

This year the program will be focusing on domestic violence issues from a male perspective, recognising the triggers and learning how to stop the escalation.
This group is to help men grow, understand common barriers and provide tools to overcome them.
