What Were They Thinking Parenting Program

Workshop Overview: The birth of a baby is one of the biggest life changes you will experience. The program will provide ideas about common experiences in the early months of parenthood and some ways of thinking about managing them. The program aims to help parents grow in confidence and have more moments of enjoyment.

Would you like to learn to have:

1. Increased confidence and competence in baby care
2. Understanding of baby's needs and experiences
3. Recognising, understanding and responding to challenges experienced by all parents
