This workshop will explore the foundations of good practice in case notes and recording in a variety of family work settings Keeping in mind the different audience and/or situations in which case notes may be viewed. Managers, Clients, Lawyers, Court Officers may all view your case notes in different circumstances.

Carolyn will include the key ethical, legal and professional accountability considerations and practice points on what to include in case records for various types of work.
