Workshop Overview:
The birth of a baby is one of the biggest life changes you will
experience. This program will provide ideas about common experiences in the early months of parenthood and some ways of thinking about managing them. The program aims to help parents grow in confidence and have more moments of enjoyment.

Increased confidence and competence in baby care
Understanding of baby’s needs and experiences
Recognising, understanding and responding to challenges experienced by all parents
