Moving Forward Workshop

The Moving Forward workshop has been developed for parents and guardians whose child is preparing for, or has recently entered, primary school and who are looking at how to best support their child during this transitional period. It has also been developed for parents and guardians to gain knowledge and understanding of the NDIS transition.

You will have the opportunity to meet other families and discuss experiences, challenges and aspirations for your child. You will also be able to share information about services and supports that are available in your local area and meet people from your local departments and services and ask them any questions that you may have.

Topics include: Transition to School, Department of Education, Family Advocacy, NDIS peer support, and NDIS Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) partners/supports available.
